Our signature class. Focused on torching the inner
thighs, turning on the glutes, and firming your legs
using techniques that lengthen, tighten, and activate
the muscles of the inner thigh to help lift the glutes,
and smooth out the areas underneath your butt. All our movements will help you to achieve that perfect thigh gap and accentuate deep definitions in the lower body.

In this class we will sculpt the body as a whole.
Doing a full range of movements, utilizing a variety of
exercise equipment, and mixing functional science with pilates to target all important parts of the body. This class
will leave you walking out feeling taller,
longer, and stronger.
